Ben turned 32 last week. A couple of years ago he asked for one of these. Unfortunately we were driving home from a trip to Utah with Chloe in tow. The Las Vegas Cheesecake Factory was a bit of out of reach at the time and we settled for room service at Mandalay Bay. It was scrumptious but, not Godiva.
Alas, the Cheesecake had arrived. Chloe opted for a "cute pink" candle for her Dad. I mean, come on, she wasn't gonna let Ben blow it out on his own. Sheesh.
I am usually not a fan of Cheesecake, in general. But, this cake is super good. We were lucky enough to share it with the Duarte Family, too.
