Mother and Daughter

Here I am looking at Chloe and Chloe is looking at the TV. Sadly, that was the downside of being cooped up during her painful ordeal. I feel as though my heart has stretched wide open for mothers of sick/suffering children and (especially) children in any amount of inexplicable pain. It is beautiful when ones perspective is allowed to shift and expand through a painful experience however big or small. My heart has changed. I am different because I have Chloe and Lily to love.
