Meeting Santa

We went to the Scripps Birch Aquarium Annual Christmas Party (that they throw for their members). They had beautiful decorations and refreshments. Chloe and Lily both loved listening to the singer and enjoying the music that we didn't make it to the children's crafts set-up all over the aquarium. We got in line "second" to see Santa...Lily was terrified and then fascinated by Santa. Chloe sat right up on Santa's lap and told him she wanted "make-up" for Christmas. He gave her some crayons and we ate more cookies and hot cocoa. We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer (Ben had a seminar later that evening in Del Mar that we drove him to).
